- 3 beets, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Use a mandolin or slice beets ultra thin. Toss lightly in olive oil ans sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place beets flat on a foiled baking sheet, making sure to not overlap
- Bake for 20min and then broil on high for about two min to make them crispy and bring out their natural sweetness.
- Allow to cool and enjoy
