Avocado Chicken Salad Pita

INGREDIENTS:

  •  2 lbs chicken breast, boiled & chopped (about 3 breasts)
  • 100% Whole Wheat Pita Pockets
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
  • Top with fresh parsley or cilantro

METHOD:

  • Transfer cooked chicken to food processor
  • Combine remaining ingredients
  • Pulse until desired consistency
  • Spoon filling into pita and top with fresh herbs
