Coconut Sugar & Spicy Mustard Broiled Salmon


  •  2 6oz Atlantic Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp. Spicy Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar


  • Preheat oven to HIGH broil.
  • Combine mustard & sugar
  • Thinly & evenly coat salmon
  • Broil on high for 12 min

I served this main dish with Dole's pre made Sunflower Crunch salad kit (and only drizzle a small amount of the dressing) and add a handful (or more) of spinach. Also served is 1 serving of pearl couscous.
