Lentil Salad

INGREDIENTS: Makes 3servings

  • 1 can Lentils
  •  T Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (juice only)
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Scallions
  • Salt & Pepper

METHOD:

  • Rinse lentils with cold water and place into a bowl
  • Add one lemon, olive oil, garlic, parsley, scallions, and salt & pepper as needed
