My name's Christina and I'm so excited to share my love for health & fitness with you all.

When I started my fitness journey, I was determined to get myself healthy & to a place where I felt better mentally and physically.

THAT was the goal. THAT was the motivation.

It's been one year since the 'health switch' has been turned to 'ON' and I have never felt better!

On the left was me four years out of college and the freshman 15 (20lbs in my case) was still hanging around. It's not a mystery how this happened- I didn't take care or listen to my body.  Years of late night eating, consuming empty calories from alcohol, & hardly working out was not a good combo for me.

My before picture is what I like to call skinny fat. You know, where you look fine in clothes but underneath it's well...soft. No, I've never been overweight but I've also never felt proud of my body. I was always low on energy and so I made a decision to change my lifestyle.
