You can never go wrong with a protein packed Greek yogurt parfait for breakfast. I swirled in homemade raspberry jam (recipe from Eating Purely cookbook) into my Fage Greek yogurt and topped with yummy berries, pistachios, & Purely Elizabeth granola.
- 1 individual serving size Fage 0% Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Eating Purely Raspberry Jam
- 4-5 sliced strawberries
- handful of blackberries
- Handful of blueberries
- 1/8 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Granola
